As you prepare to send your orders via courier services, whether local or international, we kindly request that you read our terms and conditions carefully. The nature of our products—sweets—makes them extremely delicate, and they often carry sentimental value. Understanding our policies will help ensure that your experience is smooth and satisfactory. Our terms and conditions outline important information regarding delivery, customs, and potential liabilities. Being informed will enable you to make the best decisions regarding your order and its delivery.

1. The courier/delivery agent is engaged on behalf of the customer and is deemed the customer\'s agent as the role of Chappan Bhag is limited to providing assistance to the customer for delivery of the product. Chhappan Bhog shall not be liable for any deficiency on the part of the courier/delivery agent. For any delivery-related queries, customers may directly contact Blue Dart at 18602331234.
2. Any charges or customs duties imposed by the destination country shall be borne solely by the consignee or customer. Chhappan Bhog shall have no liability in this regard.
3. In the event that a parcel is returned for any reason, the return charges shall also be borne by the consignee or customer.
4. Delivery to international locations is subject to customs clearance in the destination country. The risk of any custom clearance in the destination country shall be solely attributable to the customer and the customer indemnifies Chappan Bhog for any dues/liabilities/responsibility in respect of the same.
5. All products manufactured by Chhappan Bhog comply with Indian FSSAI standards and approved ingredients. The consignee or customer is responsible for confirming acceptance of these products in their respective country of delivery prior to placing an order and Chhappan Bhog shall have no legal obligation if the country of delivery has any prohibition on the delivery of product sought to be delivered by customer.
6. In cases of loss, damage, or late delivery, Chhappan Bhog’s maximum liability shall be limited to the cost of the product only. Should the delivery of any order exceed the stipulated time (3-4 days for domestic delivery and 7-10 days for international delivery), any such delay shall be the responsibility of the courier service namely Blue Dart which is the agent of the customer and not Chhappan Bhog. Such delays shall not be construed as a deficiency in service by Chhappan Bhog.
7. The consignee or customer shall indemnify the buyer for all penal sanctions and or administrative customs fines and/or additional taxes and duties imposed by competent state authorities on courier/delivery agent.
8. Chhappan Bhog shall not be liable for any consequential or special damages including to any deficiency and/or defect in services provided by Chappan Bhog, or for any direct or indirect losses, including emotional distress, arising from any circumstances, whether or not Chhappan Bhog is at fault.
9. The customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Chappan Bhog from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney\'s fees) arising from the use, handling, or storage of the perishable goods.

11. International shipments addressed to residential apartments will be delivered only to the society office and not to a specific consignee. The same shall be at the risk and consequence of the customer only.
12. Deliveries will be made only to the address provided and not to a specific consignee. The same shall be at the risk and consequence of the customer only.
13. Deliveries to hostel addresses shall be made at the college reception or ward office only, and not to a specific consignee. The same shall be at the risk and consequence of the customer only.
14. While goods are dispatched with utmost care, they may become deformed during transit, and the supplier cannot be held responsible for such occurrences. The same shall be at the risk and consequence of the customer only.
15. Quarantine charges and customs inspection charges, as per the laws of the destination country, shall be borne by the consignee at the time of delivery and Chappan Bhog shall not be liable for consequence of non-payment by the consignee.
16. In the event of any error or misdescription due to the error in providing the correct address, PIN code, or ZIP code resulting in non-delivery or delayed delivery, Chhappan Bhog and the courier company shall not be held responsible in any manner, and there shall be no entitlement to any refund to the customer.
17. The customer/consignee hereby indemnifies that Chhappan Bhog/consigner shall not be liable for any loss of good etc. for any act of the courier/delivery agent provided by the consigner.
18. In addition to any other right under this agreement, Customer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Chappan Bhog harmless from and against any and all liabilities, liens, claims, damages, costs, expenses, suits paid or incurred by any of the customer and all expenses related therto.
